  • Your telephone number (optional)
  • The content of your message

When you place an order or enter into a commercial relationship with us, we may also collect :

  • Your VAT number
  • Your bank details (for billing purposes)

4. Shelf life

We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:

  • Contact details (form) 2 years from the date of your last transaction with us, except in the case of an established commercial relationship.
  • Customer data (invoicing, orders) 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship, in accordance with Belgian legal accounting requirements.
  • Browsing data (analytics cookies) 26 months maximum.

5. Recipients of data

Your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:

  • The members of our sales and administrative team, to the extent strictly necessary for their mission.
  • Our technical subcontractors: website host, supplier of the cookie management solution (Iubenda), traffic analysis tool (Google Analytics).
  • Public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.


6. Transfers outside the European Union

The use of Google Analytics may involve the transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is governed by the mechanisms provided for in the RGPD (EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, as appropriate).
