Vision & approach

We believe that solid results start with well-considered choices, made with expertise and an understanding of practice. That's why we always start from the ground up, from the concrete reality of our customers and partners.

Our approach is :

  • practice-oriented
  • pragmatic and well-founded
  • focused on the long term

As a family business, we deliberately choose long-term relationships and clear solutions. Not complexity for complexity's sake, but solutions that work in everyday cultural practice.

Trial farm & practice

An important distinguishing element is our own trial farm, supplemented by practical trials with customers. As an independent family company we deliberately stay close to the field and the people who work with it.

This allows us to closely monitor varieties and mixtures and remain permanently in contact with what happens in practice.

This practice-oriented approach allows us to make well-founded choices in our range and support our customers with substantiated insights that connect with their reality.

(The concrete trial work and results are explained under «Innovation & Trials»).
